IE one player has one account and so pays subscription fee. Another player has one account payed by subscription and has 3 Alts payed by PLEX he earns in game. So to me both players have one account benefiting CCP as a company.
CCP might have people working for free but i bet there are overheads to pay
I'd like to point out that CCP actually makes MORE money (cash...the real world thing) through the buying of game cards and selling of PLEX in the game....at least in the US.
A game card is $35 and makes 2 PLEX. Cost per PLEX: $17.50 for a month of game time. Me paying on a monthly plan: $14.95 for a month of game time. Me paying yearly plan: $10.95 for a month of game time.
Now I don't know what the payout is to the GTC sellers, but in theory CCP makes more money off the PLEX buyers than otherwise (at least in the US).

Allow me to disable the animated login screen. I already bought the game, I already like it...I don't need a slow 3D screen rendered when I want to log in. Let me turn it off.

In the Assets window: One click should not "expand" the station (with a corresponding delay). Two clicks should do that. Sometimes I just like to left click to set the focus on a window, and the Assets window doesn't have many options to do so without hitting a station.

Setup the client to allow for better threading support, especially as it relates to queries. A query of anything should not make my client stop responding on other things that are unrelated.

Once a container is hacked, analyzed or looted, have the icon be like wrecks: -- solid diamond if it has something in it. -- empty diamond if it's empty -- dimmed diamond if it's been viewed.

Get rid of modal windows. The only time that modal windows should be used is when the action will result in an account changing effect (i.e. character deletion).
Windows that would result in an action being approved / stopped (i.e. "Are you sure you want to shoot Concord?") should result in the action not occurring, but should not lock out all other actions for a response. Note: I'm not 100% sure that example does that, but it demonstrates the idea I'm talking about.

If there is ONLY one item that matches, don't make me select it from the list. For example, if someone is searching for "Raven Blueprint" to link, don't pop up a list that has only that item in it and require them to select it.
A "select count where item like 'blah'" run first should return a value and based off the value (1 or not one) should determine if a query is run to populate a list box or insert the link automagically.
